2.4 No Refund for Initial Setup Fee:

Please note that the initial setup fee is non-refundable. We invest time and resources in configuring your website, and this fee covers the costs associated with this process.

2.5 Additional Cancellation Terms:
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that the website developed by our company is the property of our agency. If you choose to cancel your services, the website and its design remain the intellectual property of our company and cannot be transferred to another host or agency unless you have your own GHL (Go HighLevel) account or are part of another GHL agency.

Upon cancellation, we can provide the content (text and images) used on your site in a simple Google Drive format, containing only copy-pasted text and media. However, the full website structure and design will not be provided or transferred.

You may cancel at any time, but please note that the initial website setup fee and any monthly payments already made are non-refundable
